Whiff & Wonder Boutique accepts returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide video evidence taken immediately upon opening your package to validate your claim.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved under the conditions below:
- You received a wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your order was incomplete.
Once your claim is verified, you may choose between:
- A refund, or
- A replacement item
Refunds take 2–5 working days after approval.
